You are safe to delete it as it is most likely infected. There are many trojans infecting by means of java so clearing the java cache is a good idea as well.

- Click Start | Settings | Control Panel
- Click the Java Plugin Icon
- Click the Cache tab or sometimes depending on the java version it may be called temporary files
- Click the Clear button and click OK to confirm
- Note: Please repeat this procedure for each "Java Plugin" button in your Control Panel
