Well if it is the same as mine, it is made by Veritas Software Corp. ,,, but as far as answering your other questions .. I honestly dont know - so, if you don't mind, I think I will put this question on hold until my friend gets back to my house. Then I will get her to register on here - then she will be able to answer these questions for herself
