Click "Fix checked".
Make sure that you can see the hidden files and delete the folder :
C:\Program Files\winupdates\
Empty the recycle bin.
Still in safe mode, run TWICE about
:Buster.("Start", now).
Reboot in normal mode and post a new log, please.
