Ok so now lets download cleanup from

Install it then open the program. It will ask if you want to start in demo mode. Select no then start it up in regular mode.
Reboot afterwards
Then set the system to show hidden files & folders

Right click on start then explore. Locate this file
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\winjvd32.dll
right click and delete it.
Reboot again and post a fresh hijack scan log.
