Rescan again with hijack and check then fix these:
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [WinMedia] C:\DOCUME~1\ROLLAN~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\7D83584.exe
O4 - Startup: .protected
xxx O4 - Global Startup: .protected
O23 - Service: Microsoft ASPI Manager (aspi113210) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\aspi2054210.exe (file missing)
O23 - Service: Web Update Service by PowerProgrammer (WebUpdate) - Data Perceptions / PowerProgrammer - C:\WINDOWS\System32\WebUpdateSvc.exe
Please Download Killbox from here
Run KillBox. Select:
* Delete on Reboot
* End Explorer Shell While Killing File
Copy then paste this in the space provided:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\services.exe
If your computer does not restart automatically, please restart it manually.
Reboot and post a new HijackThis log please.
