Hmm..The log is clean as a whistle Julie..
What i do see however is some obvious trouble with McAfee. If they have a McAfee cdrom then have them completely uninstall every piece of it. Then reboot and try it out.
If they have no other way to reinstall McAfee then have them go into start / run / msconfig and disable any startup entries for McAfee as well as start / run / services.msc..Then again reboot and try it out..
have them run an adaware scan as well :Tutorial here
http://www.spyware911.net/forum/index.php?...page&pg=adaware
If that doesn't do the trick then have them do this and see if anything turns up:
Download TDS-3 trojan scanner from
http://tds.diamondcs.com.au/index.php?page=download
Then you will need to manually update it so follow the instructions given here
http://tds.diamondcs.com.au/index.php?page=update
Now open the program, pause until its finished its mini test then click system testing / full scan
If anything is found, right click and select delete to each when the scan completes itself.

Ill be out on a service call for a but will check in from time to time should you need anything..
