Please now download http://www.spyware911.net/downloads/KillBox.exe
Open it and in the space provided paste this C:\WINDOWS\advfwe.exe

Then tick"delete on reboot"

then tick the red x and reboot when prompted.

Then post another fresh hijack log please.
