I wasn't able to check out this prodct because it said I had to register everything. The product is called O&O Disk Defragger and you can get it from here:

I would take a look at this program also. It is called SharEnum from here:
http://windows.about.com/gi/dynamic/offsit...agedefrag.shtml. This doesnt have to do with a defragger, but an adminstarative account can scan shared files and check their security. Another file that is located in that area is called Autorun. This program shows you all of your strt-up programs (similiar to msconfig).
