rescan once again now and insert a check next to eachof these items then close all open browser windows and click "fix checked"

Then Download pocket killbox from here :

Open it and in the space provided paste each line below. Then tick "delete on reboot" followed by the red x. Dont reboot however till all entries listed are entered and set to delete on reboot.

then reboot, rescan with hijack and post a fresh log please.
