Hello,
I need some major help with this computer. My sisters use this computer and they download stuff, music, games, and everything..Well anyways, while I'm sitting here, I get popups. I need some big tools to get rid of these things. Before, we couldn't even start the computer. Every time we would start the computer, all these programs and ads would show and freeze everything. I can't even restore my computer because it can't scandisk, or something of that sort. Need some major help here.
