Anyway, if you are using Stardcks Window Blinds, you can only apply themes to your desktop... You can find themes for WindowBlinds
here. Here is the are a few themes that maybe similiar to what you are looking for...

You can browse through thos and pick the theme you like the best, if you want to do Longhorn themes of course. Might I also add that you will have to install other programs to do the icons, widgets, and etc... The only way to change icons is using the iconpackger made by Stardock... You can pick through tons of icons by going to
www.wincustomize.com!
Another choice is of course patching it. Here is a very nice theme if you choose to patch up XP.
