I've tried all of the above and had decent luck with most. Of them all, Norton got to be the BIGGEST hassle over the years. It started out an EXCELLENT product but in the last 24 months has suffered from it's own reputation and bloat.

Trend Micro wouldn't allow me to update properly while *trying* it out which I thought was real tacky. Panda would but it was bloated too, AVG didn't allow me to properly delete viruses that it caught and I was reinfected using the free version.

I'm currently trying the Avast Pro and will switch to Avast Home when the SIXTY day trial runs out. I must say I am totally impressed with Avast. Liz
