Installing Nor**n Antivirus Problems
ATT is my ISP & they supplied Nor**n AV for protection. I have not been able ** install the software successfully even with help from ATT. Although now I may be close. Present problem follows.
Download & install succesful Asked for scan - done Advised ** download & install updates. Updates cannot be installed. Several attempts. Receive error message. Nor**n shield indicates all installed but scan required. Cannot scan now. Update reminder keeps popping up. What needs ** be done ** make installation successful. Will not go in** all I ave done ** date which includes removal & start anew. Thanks John Margo (Venny)

Definately try a re-install . Seems some update files are missing .
