I have got McAfee Virusscan Enterprize 7.0.0 and it keeps failing to update. attached is the window i get when trying to update

If you still have the cdrom or executable installation file you can reinstall which should do the trick.

One other thing to look at would be if a firewall is installed and is it allowed permission to access the net.

I don't have the cd anymore? Is there anything else I can do? By the way thanks for the message about the honeymoon... We really enjoyed it..

Try installing this update for the updater http://download.nai.com/products/licensed/.../epo4400eng.zip

Another think Hank. here is a link for a demo version that should go full version with your serial number you already have. Just make sure you get it before deleting or overwriting the old one.
