? about Mozilla
Hello,

Yesterday when I clicked on the Mozilla icon to start up a web page, a window popped up saying I had to name my profile. I just named it default browser and it started up and brought me to the Mozilla product page. So basically it started all over, I didn't have any of my bookmarks, cookies, or anything.

Anyone know what happened?

Lets try this and see what happens. I want to see if there are now two profiles created:
just go to Start -> Run and copy/paste the following line

C:Program FilesMozilla Firefoxfirefox.exe -ProfileManager


Like I said , see how many profiles are listed..

It says "cannot find Crogram (or one of it's componants)

Do so then reopen Firefox.

Ok, rebooted, I tried to find it again, and it told me the same thing. It can't find Crogram...

Ok , just open firefox and see if it asks which profile to use.

No, ever since I put in 'default browser' as it's name, it starts right up when I click on the icon.

Ok so now open internet explorer and load this page in it. Then close all Firefox pages and thunderbird if you run that as well. then go to start / run and paste this
firefox.exe -ProfileManager

Lets see how many profiles are listed.
