my keyboard is 4 years old and still works well and is clean. but theres some dust and stuff insde here. How do i clean it. should i just turn it around and unscrew it? Also i tryed the air spray and other stuff. Post your siggestions.

All I ever use it the spray can and a cotton swab for some tough areas between the keys..

A lady at work who is not a part of tech support, took the back off of her keyboard, sprayed it down with compressed air and used a damp rag. That's not highly recommended, but I'll say it sure looked nice after and it still worked....Dell quiet key

can i unscew the back of my keyboard and then clean like that? or will all the keys or something come out?

Actually I would say no, do not take the back off of the keyboard. If you have a cotton swab, run the between the rows of keys then run a vacum over top slowly to lift the loose material.
