Frames Per Second Dropping

Let me tell you guys the story.

I use to have a GeForce 5200 with about a 60-100 FPS. I got tired of it and new games coming out not being able to be supported by my 5200 so i bought a 6200 and I installed it. I had a 100-200 FPS for like about a couple few weeks maybe up to 2 months. Then all of a sudden in Medal of Honor:Spearhead and other games i get like 10-30 FPS. It just dropped completely for no reason. Any suggestions or reasons?

Update your drivers, check for spyware/ virus presence and reduce the startup folder as much as possible.

O, just to let you guys know, bropey fixed his problem. I just talked to him on xfire. He reformated his computer.(i know bropey from medal of honor and told him about this site)
