AVerTV DVI Box9 - Enable LCD to watch Cable TV

Hello Folks,
I recently bought a 22" LCD screen, Its a computer monitor with VGA and DVI ports. I wish to use the LCD as my TV.
While reading various articles on line I stumbled on the AVerTV DVI Box9, but none of the article answers my below questions, can some one please help?
1. Can I connect my Cable TV socket to the AVerTV DVI Box9 and connect to my monitor via DVI and watch TV on my monitor?
2. Should I buy the Hybrin STB (but reviews are bad for this) or the AVerTV DVI Box9, does cable TV belong to analogue or digital signals?
3. Will the AVerTV DVI Box9 display TeleText for Cable TV?
4. Finally what's your comment on the product? I dont expect too high a quality, if I can see clear pictures/with proper sound(of course external speakers) with ease of using the box, I will be happy.

Thanks for your answers.

Regards
George

2. cable TV is analogue, you decide which one!
3. Yes, it displays.
4. I've use it for 6 months, it is very good, very good quality, i like it very much.
Actually with this screen (24") better than any other LCD TV in this size!
