Just wondering... I got an AMD sempron 2400 1.67ghz. On my mother board i can setup the FSB to 133, 166 or 200 with jumpers... I'm supposed to use 166 for my cpu... what would happen if I set it for 200 mhz.

Thats called overclocking my friend.. Thats an area where you must be careful and before doing so I suggest doing some research to become aquainted with its advantages, disadvantages and issues to weatch out for...System temps are the major issue that must be taken into accord ..
