Radeon X1300 3D Acceleration issues.

This is an interesting little problem I've been having recently. I first got the error about it from Garry's Mod and then had it confirmed by dxdiag and WoW. Simply put, my card's 3D acceleration just suddenly quit working. I've made attempts to fix it through drivers, but that doesn't seem to be the problem. Aside from the 3d acceleration everything about the card works fine, I even played a 3D game on my PSX emulator with no problem. I'm hoping someone can shed a little light on this because I haven't even had the card a year and would hate to have to replace it.
