IRC Chat room needed

Im not familiar or used to using irc so what I need for someone to do is create a custom room for this forum to connect to in the chat room. The one that it is currently using is system default and im not keen on it..

Here is what we now have
IRC Server - irc.efnet.net
Server Port - 6667
Channel name-IBIRC

Anyone with any knowledge on how to set this uop could probanly do it in minutes and it would be a great help..

I am on IRC all the time, currently connected to 16 rooms across 4 networks.

At the moment, I have just registered a channel:

Network: irc.wyldryde.org
Port: 6667
Channel: #spyware911

If you want to use this room, then you will need to register to the server. If you don't know how:

type the following (without the brackets):

/ns register <password> <email>


Password meaning a password you choose to use (remember it, you will need it)

email meaning a current email address

After you have successfully registered your nick, everytime you join the network you will need to send a command:
/ns identify password
make sure you are using the correct nickname when you send this command

Otherwise I can not set up your access to the chat room [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif[/img]

Of course, this is only if you want to use the room I set up [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif[/img]
