What Does This Mean

Hello. I thought I've seen all the errors, but I was wrong. I've done some research on the error and I've tried the work-arounds but nothing is working, anyone got any ideas?

Here is something I found off of googling... This maybe similiar to your problem : [Only Registered and Activated Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register...] Tell me if that helps you out any at all.

Great thanks, it looks good, i googled and didn't find this...but i lose patience after looking at 5 of 50K results. thanks for doing that. I'll give it a try, I wont have an answer for you if it worked or not until next week.

Yeah I can see what you are getting at. It does get very irritating looking at all of those results. A few googling tips though is to do the Advanced Google search : [Only Registered and Activated Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register...] or put more of the name into the search bar for example "Error 1904.Module Export Modeller". Take the important stuff out of phrases...
