Google Earth

Hello:
Anyone with any detailed information on Google Earth? I'm finding more and more of our pharmacies are downloading this and Autodesk Mapguide and also various 'searchbar' softwares. I'm beginning to distrust google and it use to be my only and favorite search engine.
Thanks

So you think that they are no breeding malware then? I like google, but are they getting too big? What exactly is google earth, I looked at it a little bit but I'm not sure what it's for

Breeding Malware...No, of course not. They are pioneering the Internet one day at a time.

I never had a problem with google before, they were a unbiased, you didn't have to pay to list your site, search engine. Now, all of sudden they have email, they have desktop, they have customize your home page and now they have google earth. Google earth is a 22mg program that you download from the internet. Every pharmacy I have found with google earth also has some kinds of 'search bars' like myway and search something. If google is free to everyone, how exactly are they able to do this? I'm under the understand the premise of spyware is paid advertising to sites that can't afford their own funding so they get funding by selling ad space, which in turns comes as pop ups and such. So I am wondering if google hasn't sold out and is selling the type of advertising that will cause popups and unwanted downloads.

I use randmcnally.com but all the online map programs always have at least one wrong turn. I like google earth for 'virtual vacations' and now they have the constellation program which is nice
