Yellow exclaimation mark

I came across the yellow exclaimation mark on the Ethernet and the SM Bus controllers in the Device Manager they both have this :

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall Driver

But when I try to instll the drivers it says the "Wizard could not find the software".
What software run these ???

Not sure but it may have happened when I uninstalled to old display drivers before installing a new one.
