Help

Having problems with my record now. When I try to make an exact copy of a cd or even try to record from my media player I get an error that says: Please insert a blank or rewritable cd into the TSST corp DVDRW9 (E drive. I have done all of that and also read the pc book for troubleshooting and did what that said. Its like the program is not recognizing a blank cd. I can play music on the cd rom with no problem just cannot record, this happen all at once. Never had any problems before. What do you think and thanks for your help.

Before restoring to an earlier time I would recommend creating a restore point to get back to should the need arise. Then system restore to some point just before the trouble started.

To create a new System Restore Point in Windows XP Home Edition, click Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Restore. When the System Restore Utility opens, click "Create a Restore Point" then click Next. Enter a name for this Restore Point (for instance, "my restore point, and click Create. The utility will then take a snapshot of your system so that you can restore to that point sometime in the future
