scanned some software and found something - now what?

I got some software sent to me from a friend. PaintShop Pro 7, 8,9, 10 and Ulead Animator. I scanned them with my BitDefender and I got popups concerning cookies that were found ... I could choose to ignore, move or quarantine ,, and I just wasnt sure. The cookies were BlueStreak.com. USPS.com, ATDMT.com, Mediaplex.com, Double Click.com, and Overture. com. Some of these addy's I am familiar with ,, some not.
If I let BitDefender move them, is it going to affect using this software in any way??? If I ignore them ,, will my spyware take care of the crap it might give me? ... dont mind me ,, just wondering if this is a good thing or not so good (gosh I get confused easily these days )
