Winrar help

Just recently when I try to unzip a downloaded file using winrar there is an error report and when i either click on send error report or dont send my computer freezes, now i cant download any file and i cant uninstall winrar because the same message comes up. how do i fix this problem?

Have you tried a reinstall over the existing one?

Thats an idea and if still no joy you can always try uninstallling from safe mode.
