What file or folder does it continue to stick on when scanning ?

It always sticks on "performing conditional scans." I can't figure out what part of the process that is. Cancelling at any point (even when it's detected problems) gives me a list of 0 problems to fix.

Try uninstalling then reinstalling.

I just tried that. No luck. I also tried not installing the new definitions. No luck there either.

Lets try downloading this product's trial version then run a full scan with it after updating its definitions http://www.webroot.com/shoppingcart/tryme....4000&vcode=DT02

Remove anything it finds then reboot and try adaware again.
