Ok well its getting worse at this point...

We are going to have to get kaspersky to work or its reformat time.

Now go to start/ run / services.msc/

Scroll that list and look for entries related to mcafee. When you find em, double click each, set the drop down menu to disabled then click apply..

Bring up task manager and end task everything mcafee

If you still have the downloaded setup file for kaspersky reinstall it then reboot into safe mode and run a full scan.

try skipping any update parts if possible.

ok, im gonna reinstall kapersky and reboot in safe mode. I hope it works.

Please do and if possible just skip ant update parts.
