Rundell32.exe – Bad Image = Virus ?

Hi
About a month ago I installed Nero 7 premium. After the installation I got a warning telling me that windows explorer had to close due a virus threat or for it’s own protection. Given that I am a highly intelligent individual (sarcasm intended) I ignored the message & went on my way.How could I get a virus from that? I just ignored it & weeks later these problems arose.
When I click on add/remove programmes I get a "rundll32.exe - Bad Image" message. It says: "The application or DLL C:\Windows\system32\wuaueng.dll is not a valid windows image. please check this against your installation diskette."
Even If I try 2 open windows explorer/WMP I get the same message Other times while opening these programs I get the following error messages as well; “the disk is full” or “you do not have enough system resources to perform the task”
My hard drive has over 119GB of free space & I have 1GB or RAM so I fail 2 c how I could b having these issues.
Also, when I open WMP I am told that the program is not installed on my pc or that it’s not installed properly. Often after a reboot it will work normally.
I ran a search on google & most ppl seem 2 think it’s a virus.Trend Micro hasn’t detected a thing. Most of these on line scanners take hours 2 run & never come back with any threats so I don’t want 2 waste my time with that unless you instruct me to.
My PC has really slowed down. I have included my hijack this log.
This entry has me worried :
O23 - Service: Trend Micro Unauthorized Change Prevention Service (TMBMServer) - Unknown owner - C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\BM\TMBMSRV.exe" /service (file missing)

Things are gotting worse.I can't open microsoft word,I get these 2 warnings:
"this application requires windows installer to run"
"An error occured & this feautre is no longer functioning properly. Please run setup & select "Reapir" to restore this application.
These issues go away after a reboot only 2 resurface after a little while.
My mouse is flying across the screen on it's own accord !!!!!
My PC has started to restart itself, over & over again.

I would appreciate any feedback.
Thanks
Alan

I will have a look but I dont think its a virus problem.

Ok.We need to download ComboFix.exe. This will give a better view to the files running and also hidden on your computer.
Please visit this webpage for download links, and instructions for running ComboFix

When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you. Please copy and paste the "C:\ComboFix.txt" along with a new 'HijackThis' log so that we can continue to do any further cleaning that your system may require.
Caution: Never run and remove files with Combofix unless supervised by a security analyst.
NOTE: Combofix prevents autorun of all CDs, floppies and USB devices to assist with malware removal & increase security. If this is an issue or makes it difficult for you - please let me know.

Pancake,

Thanks for taking the time to help me but I was unable to follow your instructions as my PC was rebooting every few minutes. It would even reboot in safety mode.Yesturday it was rebooting on start up,before it could load Windows & I couldn't even use the pc anymore. It would reboot over & over again the second I turned the PC on.
I took it to the computer store & the guy thinks that the problem is with my hard drive & he will replace it. I tell you what; this will be the last time I buy a HP product.
My boss has leant me his Toshiba laptop & it’s amazing. If my PC continues to restart after it’s been repaired, I’ll leave it on the side of the road for the council to pick it up & I’ll buy a Toshiba laptop.

Thanks again mate.
Alan.
