If that isnt enough then its likely due to a hardware issue that it will not bot into safe mode.


Other than that, the only alternative for that file would bge to use killbox to delete the file without reboot. Then afterwards use a hijack scan to eliminate the line from the log and click "fix checked".

Then reboot and see if it still exists.
