well sometimes in startup my computer laggs up and my task bar freezes and when i right click my desktop it takes like 5 minutes to make it say refresh some times. with remote assassitance are you allowed to like start my computer up and delete files and see like how long it takes to load things up and check out some stuff?

o yea this is so much better. I just need to like 30 seconds for everything to up during start up and then click any program and it wont take 4 ever to load/stop responding
