ok my ping on my gaming servers are 60-80 then out of no where sometimes it becomes 300 and then goes back. its like 200-300 for about 5 minutes then goes back down to 70. and my cpu is high. any ideas of what may be causeing the problems

CPU Usage isnt highin that one though..If it spikes again then redo a screen capture with the offending service.

also like eveytime i start up my computer my taskbar stops responding and i can shut it down so i gota like umplug the wire and plug it back it... this is getin really to P*SS me off.

ok now im getin this msg that says cannot find in data base. and then 1 time it brought me to a page that said i need to get servic pak 3 and other stuff like booting into safe mode.

o and maybe this could be the problem. my anti virus's are scanning everytime i boot up. so i just gota wait 10 minutes. like this the pav jobs went away. Also i got so much anti virus stuff that i think this is messing my stuff up. Cause i lagg in game when my anti virus and all other programs are running so i just shut it down. im thinking of only having the panda anti virus and uninstall the rest. cause this is getin on my nerves having so much anti virus stuff and some of them not finding virus'es. And it takes so much time for my computer to load cause all these things.

Its panda there thats causing the high cpu usage so I would consider either looking at that.I tried it myself and uninstalled it due to high cpu usage.

yea im thinking about uninstalling it but i spent 80 bux on it. Is there any anti virus thats free or like a 60 day trial that u would recomment mobo thats better or the same as panda?
