yes ,, a screen pops up, then I double clicked on rstrui ,, and another screen comes up ,, it is blank ,, nothing there

ok ,, now that worked ,, !! Got into system restore ,, restore computer and am waiting for it to re boot now ,, will switch off here, so I can get online with hers and see what happens. brb

ok mobo- it would not let me restore it to two different restore points that it offered, but oddly enough ,,, when it rebooted this last time and I came online .... IE brought up her homepage ( hotmail) ,,,Idont understand that but ................. anyway ... I am signing off for tonite. Have only had about 3 hours sleep in the last 36 and my eyes are starting to cross! This woman needs to go to bed!! Thanks for staying with me on this Mobo - you are too kind. And I do appreciate it. Morning Mobo - daughters puter is still working ok this morn, so,yes, I will create a restore point. Then we shall see what happens when she gets on it. Do you have any idea what brought about that change?

by the way ,, remember when I would try to get into system info and Start, search and would get nothing but blank screens?? Well that is all back as well. So all that happened since your last instructions in message #42 ,, what was that you had me do, that corrected all of that?

Had to reregister javascript so the operating system could process it.
