Am on my daughter's computer. I can get to and navigate in this site. I can get to and navigate in my gmail account ,,,, but not much of anything else. My daughter was trying to get to her hotmail account and it starts to take you there but then says done and the screen is white. She did get in to her myspace but would not navigate the pages- when she would click on next .. it would do nothing. I tried several things and had the same problem - in fact, am amazed that it let me get here

Then make sure you have just the one antivirus program so go to add/remove programs and uninstall the second one if present.

ok, Mobo, I did that. When I went to add/remove programs .. norton internet security is still there. When I try to remove, I get a message that says "feature you are using is on a CD-Rom or other removable disk that is not available. Insert Norton ... disk and click ok. So ,, I clicked cancel ( as I have no disk and have no idea where one would be, as my daughter had a friend put some things on her puter while away at school ). When I clicked cancel another message came up that said I needed to find the file NIS-MSI .. I went looking but didnt find one
