got some problems here - Hijack log

Sorry for my absence for the past month ,, sometimes life just gets the best of you ....
My computer ... I can't run a scan with my BitDefender because my computer freezes up at the very beginning. I tried to do an online scan as Mobo had suggested some time back and it froze part way through. I was able to run my Spybot today and that ran to completion but when running AdWare it froze half way through. Also tried to run that memory check as was suggested in here ,, same results. Most of the time when it freezes, the only way I can get out of it is by unplugging the computer from the wall.
When I first turn my computer on in the morning .. if I go into My Pictures .. when I close it ,, all of my icons on the screen disappear and re-load again. This doesnt seem to matter whether my files in My Pictures are full or not. Sometimes the same thing happens when I am online checking websites .. no specific website ,, but when I close it out ,, the same thing happens with my icons. My computer is also ever so slow. Getting kind of scary ,, feel like I might be losing my computer. Here is my log

Disk error check is what I mean. There are no signs of virus or spyware in the log at all.

ok .. I went to that link and saved that file to a folder in my computer. Now, I read everything there - this is a bit out of my league, so .. bear with me, I am a bit confused. Right now that file is in a folder in My Pictures. Do I want to leave it there and use it from there or should I put it somewhere else?
Actually, I assume I should run this from the command prompt and .. do I want to run it in read-only mode or let it repair errors without scanning or to repair errors, locate bad sectors, recover readable info, etc???
Forgive me for all the questions but I sure dont want to screw this up!

I dont think you can really mess this up but I would just try all the options and see how it goes.....

ok .. this is what I did. I ran the chkdsk by typing run, then cmd, etc. I ran it once with the read-only, then ran it with the volume:/f, then rain it again with volume:/r. It did find and repair some things. I restarted my computer and I still have the problem when I open My Pictures the first time, then close it, my icons disappearing from the screen. I am going to try to run my Adware and BitDefender scan just to see if it freezes up as it did before. Will get back to you on that.
