Not able to understand Highjack thhis

I have posted in replies by mistake , Sorry.
I opend Highjack this and was overwhelmed. I have no idea what to take off, leave on. I do not understand and I know I can only make matters worse.
IE browser still will not let me x out. I can work within it but unable to close. Have to use task master.
I've installed fire fox browser and that works fine but very slow. Again don't want to mess with something I know nothing about to make it faster.
Lool I'm sure I've got everyone confused. I am thankful for any help I can get.
