Then reboot, rescan with hijack and insert a check next to each of the following, close all browser windows and click "fix checked"

To rid this little nasty download http://www.spyware911.net/downloads/LSPFix.exe, open it and move any instances of newdotnet6_30-1.dll to the remove section and click "finish"

Then fix it via hijack and your good to go..
