Open Killbox.exe and paste the following entry in the space provided:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\n0p4la7q1d.dll
Then tick the Delete on reboot option and click the red X. This sets it to delete on reboot but don’t reboot just yet.
Do this for all files listed below as well before rebooting:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\dhskperf.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\lv4609hse.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\i0jqla151d.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\guard.tmp

then download this registry fix I have prepared and unzip then double click to clear the malware reg entries created..

Once again, thank you very much for your assistance. I haven't seen anything since completing your last instructions; however, there is something strange with IE. When I launch IE, it does not display maximized, even though maximize is selected.
I read what you suggested and I have something you should add: DON'T ALLOW YOUR TEENAGE GRANDCHILDREN NEAR THE COMPUTER
Thanks again,
Bob

I wish it was as easy as just dragging the corners. I have IE maximized and there is a margin about 1 inch on top; and the bottom is below the screen. It isn't my monitor settings because all other applications are OK.
