problem with a programm, may it be a virus?
hi,
I have a problem with a kind of programm when I turn off the computer.
Whenever I turn the computer off, it appears a chart that says that a programm "DIALOGO" was running and it is being closed (sorry if I confuse verbs, my computer works in spanish and I don't know the exact words in english...)
Then appears on the same chart that the programm does not respond.
I can't find the programm in the list to uninstall programmes, neither searchig files and programmes in disk C.
Please, help me find out what's happennig, and how to solve this problem.

Sounds like a program. Do you have any language type programs on your computer ?

no, I don't have any. I only have the microsoft Word.

almost everything runs in Spanish (I lived in Spain, now I live in Argentina, that's why)
