Looks good now but rescan and check both of these then click "fix checked"

Then if you wish, which I personally would do is run an alternate virus scan on a regular basis with one of the scanners listed here http://www.spyware911.net/virusscanners.htm

I just checked my registry keys and didn't see the files it claims the virus adds...I still support.exe in the system processes though.

I just removed those two and I'll check out that link. Thanks for your time and help. By the way, out of curiosity, is it possible support.exe is coming from something else that is non-harmful for my computer?

There were two separate support.exe proorams. One was in the temp folder and that was the issue file. The other is a Dell support program which is whats still running and legitimate.

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Dell\EUSW\Support.exe

I'm glad you were able to help me delete the disruptive support file then. I'll have to remember to empty those temp folders more often since they contained quite a few files. Thanks.

Your welcome phil.

The way we do it here is as follows:
Navigate to the C:\Windows\Temp folder. Open the Temp folder and go to Edit > Select All then Edit > Delete to delete the entire contents of the Temp folder.

Go to Start > Run and type %temp% in the Run box. The Temp folder will open. Click Edit > Select All then Edit > Delete to delete the entire contents of the Temp folder.

Finally go to Control Panel > Internet Options. On the General tab under "Temporary Internet Files" Click "Delete Files". Put a check by "Delete Offline Content" and click OK. Click on the Programs tab then click the "Reset Web Settings" button. Click Apply then OK.

Empty the Recycle Bin

Drop back anytime as well.

Hey donald! Thanks for the welcome. The support here is almost too good to be true. Mainly I've been messing around with my cpu to try to solve my lag issues on wagoogees. I never used to have it about a month ago. Since D.C. though it has come up. I've tried reinstalling d.c., playing with out d.c. installed, searching for spyware and virus..lowering my video settings. I don't have the greatest cpu but I know it is enough for bf. I think it's because I play wireless (I don't have much options in playing hardwired) and it might be from an unstable connection. I don't know though...I didn't have lag before when I played with the same wireless equipment so I'm not sure what the deal is lol. Oh well.
