Hello. I have the virus which shows up as support.exe in the system processes. I don't remember the exact name of it. I have run lavasoft, spybot, microscot antispyware, removed files from the temp folders except two which couldn't be deteled, and I ran Norton Anti-Virus 2005 which didn't find anything (go figure). I have the latest definitions/beta versions for all programs listed above and followed the steps you posted on your website. Here is my logfile (thank you for your time and help):

Also, I don't show support.exe in my current task manager because I end the process tree every time I start my computer. However, it shows up again everytime I restart. Thanks again for your time and help.

Open windows explorer, find then delete:
C:\DOCUME~1\Philip\LOCALS~1\Temp\services.exe

After running in safemode, I've hit a roadblock. I couldn't find this file on my computer. Should I continue with the rest of the steps?

Then tick the "delete on reboot" option
Then tick the red X and reboot when asked..

After booting up rescan with hijack and post a fresh log.

When I run killbox and paste that file and click to delete on reboot, it says "PendingFileRenameOperations Registry Data has been Removed by External Process!" Not sure what this means...
