PC slowed down - Hijack this log incl

Hello.
My PC has slowed down dramatically.Trend Micro PC-cillin & Spy Bot Search & Destroy have failed to detect any virus/trojan/spyware. I haven’t bothered w/ any of the on line scanners because past experience has shown that these scanners never uncover anything. My problems usually persist until Mobo reads my hijack this log & tells me what to delete.
