Why Is This In My Toolbar Thing?

how come viewpoint is stil like one of the choices to choose on my IE toolbar. I already uninstalled the program. Is there something else i need to do. o and heres a screenshot of it

Create a folder on your hard drive somewhere like in "My Documents" and name it Hijackthis
Download 'Hijack This to its own folder http://www.merijn.org/files/hijackthis.zip
Doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that, save the log, load it in Notepad, and copy its contents here.

when my computer starts up i do ctrl alt del and i have 42 process runing but i shut them down because i lagg in game. so is this ok or do i need all the noraml process runing in my task mangager.

well i dont shut them all down i shut down all that i can and i have like 24 when im done

Now rescan once again with hijack, insert a check next to each of the following then close all open browser windows and click "fix checked"
