With the case open and the system running then check to see if all the fans are running as well when it freezes.

k im gona try that Mobo, so keep this thread opened just in case when my case is open and it freezes and i see one of the fands got stuck or something... Also for the IE7(ur sig "my blog" should i download it or would one of my updates take care of that???

Sorry for the delay, im having router troubles this morning it seems. IE 7 is still io beta stage and isnt available for download just yet.

its ok mobo its not like i posted 5 days ago and you just replyed now... its all good. anyway thanks for the info about IE7 and keep me informed about it like when its ready to be downloaded..
