ok I was in the middle of playing my favorite online game (medal of honor spearhead) and then my computer froze, but b4 that for like 1 and a half of a second i heard this noise in my pc. It was frozen for like 30 seconds then it restarted (by itself) and then the screen was black for like a minute so i unplugged the wire on of my pc and repluged it in. then this message came. I just remember it said "Primary drive O not found" Strike F1 key to continue, F2 to run setup utility. So i pressed F1 because f2 didnt do much and it said strike f1 to retry boot and said the f2 thing. So i pressed f1 and i heard this beep noise and i pressed it again and heard the same noice and same message.

P.S. This isnt the first time this happend to me. It happened to me b4 and i called Dell and they said unplug something and plug it back in so i did and it fixed the problem. But the only difference was that the blue screen came up when i called Dell this one has a dif message.

So can someone please help me...

2nd P.S. I would like to donate but i dont got a credit card, is there another wa y i can donate?

Thats the hard drive not found and its not good to see that error. Try f2 for the setup utility and reset to the system defaults, save the changes and try rebooting. If it doesnt detect the hard drive then open the case, check all the connections.

I would like to know exactly what is happening myself. It may be overheating the hard drive or something along those lines.

The only other way to donate would be by mail if yyou wish to do that..
