Can update this driver? by clicking update driver... or do i need to like go inside my pc and do something? In other words can i just click on update driver... and then install what i need to be installed and thats it?? or is it more then that..

There would have to be an updated version available first. Click that properties buttin and get the driver version.

Actually there is an updated version. Download it from here to your desktop then execute the exe file to install it.

k thanks i just downloaded it, also what this suposed to do my computer does it make my fps higher..

It may noy make your fps higher. For that you may need to tweak the driver settings..
