I just setup a WSUS server at my company of about 100 PCs. Although most of the computers don't have access to any outside network, I have about 20 computers that I'll be allowing to access the internet. I want the computers to be 100% up to date but you can only install IE 6 sp1 from microsoft.com. I wanted to know if there is a way to import the installation files from IE6sp1 into WSUS. I saved the installer file to c:\ie6sp1\ and ran this command "c:\ie6sp1\ie6setup.exe" /c:"ie6wzd.exe /d /s:""#E", by doing this I was able to save all the real installation files to my C drive. But now I don't know if I can manualy import it to WSUS. Is is possible or am I going to update those computers manually.

I personally have never used it but did you happen to read the document for installation and operation ?
It outlines quite a bit from creating groups to approving and deploying updates.
