Your neighbor has seemingly networked your computers. As you can see by the error, he has disabled you from looking into his system but not vice versa.
Do you have a wireless router at all online ? |

Nope i got a NETGEAR ROUTER thats not wireless. anyway can he go threw any of my files.. Because I gave him my comp for 1 day to put some ram in side od it so i dont know if he trying to be sneaky and like steal some stuff or anything like that.. Is this bad or is it just harmless?

He may have been transferring some files when he took custody of it. He did set it up on his network.
What you can do is go to go to start / control panel / system / computer name / change / then in name and workgroup change both of those names.. |

I deleted them i highlighted it and then clicked del. . .

I would be cautious when getting people to help with repairs from now on again as well..As for things like ram, we could walk you throiugh it anyway.
