ok i just ran AGF anti virus on his computer and it found a virus. It deleted it. and now i get this message when loading up his computer "The application has failed to start because wininet.dll was not found. Reinstalling the appilcation may fix the problem. and like the title of the msg on top says Explorer.exe.-unable to locate component. And i saw the red x thing. and all it says is like the types and stuff. theres a link but when i click it i get the same msg. So all he can use is his medal of honor game and avg anti virus. all the other stuff wont work. We called dell but this guy didnt know what he was talking about lol
